  I absolutely loved my experience at Harley Medical Jesmond! From my consultation through to my operation and even afterwards, I felt like the staff genuinely cared about me and got to know me well. My operation had to be cancelled twice (because I had a high body temperature which indicated an illness like flu etc) and I felt the girls at the clinic really went above and beyond to make sure we got it rescheduled as soon as possible and sympathised with my disappointment. They called me often to keep things on track and to check up on me, so that was great! The nurses and my surgeon were always friendly and welcoming, and I honestly didn't feel like just another statistic; I actually felt like a person who they cared about. I got to know Rachel (clinic manager) the most, as she always took the time to chat to me before and after my appointments, and I felt like she spoke to me on a personal level, not just a professional one. The nurses sent me a 'Get Well Soon' card after my surgery which just goes to show they remember who you are and genuinely care about your wellbeing. Having my surgery was the best decision for myself I have ever made as I now actually feel confident. Plus, even though surgery is quite a big, scary thing, I always felt comfortable and I actually enjoyed the entire experience. I felt relaxed and in safe hands and any questions I had in the very beginning were answered for me immediately, which put me right at ease. I would like to thank all of the staff at The Harley Medical Group Jesmond for your advice, care and consideration and I would highly recommend them to others.
